A hiker told us recently: "... when approaching your Château, one's head turns itself..." A lovely compliment ! Indeed, the setting in the hillside of the Luberon, in the heart of the Natural Park is judicious ; the succesion of terraces marries the natural declivity of the landscape and embraces the surroundings up to the magnificent view crowned by Mourre Négre, the highest peak of the Luberon.
The art of living in Provence with an Italian influence, and the perfect place for holiday, relaxation and pleasure, the Chateau saint Quentin became the customary residence of Joseph-François Remerville, historian and poet (1650 - 1730).

The vast Chateau park with its cedar, eucalyptus, cypress and pine trees and its monumental and centenary planes is embellished by the stream, flowing as a ribbon of light connecting basins and fountains, an open labyrinth where turning points are named romance, charm and quiet and where getting lost means getting back to yourself again.
